Quick answers about getting started, payments, verification, and integration.
How do I get started?
Create a merchant account, complete onboarding in the dashboard, and start with hosted invoices, payment links, or the API. Our team can help you choose the right flow for your business.
Which cryptocurrencies can I accept with Cryptonly?
You can accept the cryptocurrencies enabled in your merchant account — typically major assets such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and popular stablecoins. Available networks and assets are shown in your dashboard and at checkout.
How do I withdraw funds?
Funds settle to your Cryptonly merchant wallet. Withdraw to an external address from the dashboard. Withdrawals incur the blockchain network fee only — Cryptonly does not add a withdrawal markup.
How can I receive funds in my Cryptonly wallet?
When a customer pays an invoice or checkout link, confirmed funds are credited to your merchant wallet. You can track balances and transaction history in the dashboard.
Are identification documents required for using Cryptonly? (KYC/KYB)
Business verification (KYB) affects your pricing tier and limits. Basic KYB unlocks standard deposit rates; unverified or high-risk profiles may have different terms. See our AML/KYC policy for details.
Can I use Cryptonly without having a website or developer?
Yes. Create invoices and payment links directly from the dashboard — no code required. We also offer ready-made CMS plugins for quick integration — see our CMS plugins documentation. Developers can add API and webhook integration when you are ready to automate.
Can I tailor the checkout page to fit my business style?
Yes. Add your logo, company name, and brand colors so hosted checkout and invoice pages match your business.
Does Cryptonly support partial payments?
Yes. If a customer sends less than the invoice amount, the payment is tracked as partial. You can issue a follow-up checkout for the remaining balance depending on your integration setup.
Does Cryptonly support fiat currency features or payments?
You can price invoices in fiat currencies such as USD or EUR; Cryptonly calculates the crypto amount at checkout using live rates. Settlement is in crypto to your merchant wallet — Cryptonly is not a fiat payout service.
How does Cryptonly handle underpaid, expired, or incomplete invoices?
Every payment has a clear status: created, pending, confirmed, partially paid, expired, or failed. Your team sees updates in the dashboard; developers receive them via API and signed webhooks.
How is your API different from others in the market?
Cryptonly offers a TypeScript SDK, sandbox environment, signed webhooks, and plugins for WooCommerce, WHMCS, and Zapier — designed for reliable reconciliation without manual follow-up.
What is cryptocurrency, and how can it be beneficial as a payment method?
Cryptocurrency is digital value transferred on blockchain networks. For businesses it means borderless payments, faster settlement than many bank rails, and access to customers who prefer crypto — without giving up reconciliation and reporting tools.
How do API keys and webhooks work?
Create an API key in Settings → Security for server-side requests such as invoice creation. Configure a webhook signing key so your backend can verify payment notifications cryptographically. Keys are environment-specific (sandbox vs production).
