How Transaction Fees Work
Processing crypto transactions involves both network costs and service fees. Here is exactly how funds move through our system and how fees are applied:
User Sends Crypto
The user sends funds from their personal wallet to a unique deposit address generated by Cryptonly. The user pays the standard blockchain network fee (gas fee) on their side to initiate the transaction.
Processing & Conversion
We route the payment through our secure infrastructure for processing and conversion. During this step, two items are accounted for:
- Network Fee: A standard blockchain network fee is either deducted from the final deposit amount or paid directly by the customer, depending on your integration settings.
- Cryptonly Service Fee: We apply a transparent service fee ranging from 0.5% to 1.3%, determined strictly by your active account verification level.
Payout to Your Balance
Once the blockchain processing is complete, the final net funds are instantly credited to your merchant balance, ready for withdrawal or settlement.
